Smile! Good Bye! Workshop 5/28/15

 

A mix of paper techniques, pretty colors, ink and paper.....

Workshop today closes the current catalog, and although we say "Good Bye" to being able to purchase much of the product, I can assure you that so many new things are available and will become your favorites again... of course our stash will always be "our stash" of things to use and choose from. At the end of workshop, if you guess correctly which Stamp Set is going to carry over to the new catalog, you will win a prize! And to thin out my stash, the stamp sets that are discontinued are for sale for $5.00 at the end of workshop!

Stamp Sets: Big On You, So You (inside)

Paper: Chalkboard, Calypso Coral, So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz, DSP scrap

Ink: Rose Coral Chalk, Calypso Coral

Flower punch from Itty Bitty Punch Pack, punch it in Pear Pizzazz and then snip it into quarters, that becomes the leaves!

 Stamp Set: So You

Paper: Sweet Dreams DSP, Crisp Cantaloupe, Lost Lagoon, Whisper White, White Vellum

Sun Rays: Stamp with Crushed Curry, pen color with Daffodil Delight, cut our with small end still attached, glue into corner

Clouds: Stamp with Pool Party, cut out apply with elevated adhesive

Pansy Punch: Crisp cantaloupe and White Vellum, curl with bone folder, layer with string pieces and tied off button.

 

 

 Stamp Sets: Kinda Eclectic, Bloom for You, So You

Stamp Bloom with Strawberry Slush, stamp another center with So Saffron, punch out with punches

Stamp leaves and sentiment with Always Artichoke onto DSP

Layers on card: Always Artichoke, Strawberry Slush, Always Artichoke and DSP

 

Stamp Sets: Baby Bumble Bee, So You

Stamp Bee Baby with Black Memento Ink, color with pens:

 Daffodil Delight stripes, darken edges with another stroke

Soft Sky: Wings

Pink Pirouette: Face, retouch cheeks

Hello Darling! A collection of techniques....

Pistachio Pudding and Chocolate Chip! on a Very Vanilla Card!
Notice the embossing folder coordinates with the Hello Darling stamp set...

Lost Lagoon and Basic Black on a Very Vanilla Card!
The Hello Darling is stamped with Basic Black and the coated with the Iridescent Embossing Powder!
Fun technique to try.... the whole background is white embossing powder over the solid stamp in the set. 

Calypso Coral, Garden Green, and Crushed Curry with the Gold Soiree Paper. watercolor and cut out the open flower stamp for this card. Also use Black Embossing Powder over the sequins on the metallic paper! Wow! 

Melon Mambo and Old Olive create this combination of punched pieces come together!
With Old Olive Baker's Twine, Old Olive button, the look is totally cheerful!
